Our Story
We “Surat Essence Co” established in the year 1985 at Surat, Gujarat, are a proprietorship firm engaged as the foremost Manufacturer of Ice Cream Mix Powder, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Food Colours, Food Essence, Custard Powder, Soft Drinks Concentrate, amongst others.
This firm was a natural extension of our previous business of aerated water. With vast experience and hard work of 35 years, we introduced our very own brand “Musti”. To ensure and preserve the quality norms and standards of these products, we source basic ingredients used in their preparation from highly consistent and specialized vendors of the market.
Our “Musti” products are high in demand due to their premium quality, and affordable prices. Furthermore, we ensure timely delivery of these products to our clients, because of which we have gained a considerable client-base, both locally as well as internationally. And we are growing every day!
Under the valuable assistance of our mentor “Mr. Abdul Ahad Jalal”, we are operating our business to the best industry standards. Due to his business acumen and motivation, we receive constant appreciation from our clients.

Stringent quality tests are conducted from the very initial stage of procurement of raw materials to the final dispatch of the products.
