Cold Coco Mix Recipes

  • Separately mix Coco powder with cold milk and then add it to boiling milk and boil the Coco and milk for a good 10 min on medium flame.
  • Now mix Musti custard powder with cold milk and add the mixture into boiling milk and let them boil till it gets thicken.
  • Now switch off the flame and let it cool down then mix it with a hand blender and allow it’s to cool in the refrigerator for good 4 hours.
  • Then serve it cold with vanilla ice cream and some chocolate chips.

Jelly Mix Recipes

  • To make these instant strawberry jelly cups, take 200 ml of water into a saucepan and boil.
  • While the water is boiled, put off the heat and let it cool down for 2 minutes.
  • Now add the instant strawberry jelly mix into the hot water and stir until the mixture is fully dissolved into the water.
  • To set the jelly, take moist molds and put the mixture into them.
  • Set the jelly for 10 minutes at room temperature and then refrigerate them for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Take them out from the refrigerator and separate the jelly from the molds and flip them into a plate.
  • Your jelly is ready to serve.
  • Serve with fresh fruits or custard.

Falooda Mix Recipes

  • Heat full-fat milk with water in a pan to boil.
  • Lower flame & pour the musti falooda mix into it.
  • Stirring constantly allows milk to come to boil again.
  • Lower flame & cook for 8-10 min.
  • Switch off flame & mix.
  • Transfer falooda to a bowl & allow it to come to room temperature & then put it in the refrigerator to chill for 3-4 hours.
  • serve falooda in a bowl &Put 1 scoop of your favorite flavor ice cream over it in each glass. you can also put as per your choice jelly.
  • Garnish with pieces of cashew nuts & pistachios. your falooda is ready!

Icecream Mix Recipes

  • Set the refrigerator to the coldest temperature half an hour before preparing the ice cream.
  • Take a bowl and add the contents of the Musti Freeze packet in half liter of milk.
  • Heat the mixture to a boil for 2 minutes.
  • Stir continuously till it becomes a homogeneous mixture. Cool the ice cream mixture.
  • Pour this into a bowl. Put the bowl in the freezer of the refrigerator for 2 hours. The ice cream sets in almost 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours take it out and blend it in a blender and again refrigerate till it gets fully set or freeze until the ice cream becomes firm and of the required consistency.
  • As Per Your Flavor Ice Cream is ready.
